Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order cancellation

You may cancel an order free of charge before it enters preparation. Because freshly stewed bird's nest is made to order in scheduled batches, cancellation is only possible up to the cutoff time shown at checkout. After that point, the order is already being prepared and cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund eligibility

Freshly stewed bird's nest is a perishable food product and cannot be returned once delivered in good condition. A refund or replacement will be arranged, at no cost to you, if any of the following apply:

  • The item arrives damaged, leaking, or spoiled.
  • The wrong product or quantity was delivered.
  • The order does not arrive within a reasonable time and the courier confirms it as lost.

Dried bird's nest, being shelf-stable, may additionally be returned unopened and unused within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping cost.

3. How to request a refund

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, via WhatsApp or the contact form. We aim to respond within one business day and will confirm the resolution (replacement or refund) before proceeding.

4. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment gateway, Fiuu. Processing typically takes 5 to 14 business days depending on your bank or card issuer, after we confirm the refund on our side.

5. Subscription plans

Subscription plans can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next scheduled batch is prepared, with no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. Already-delivered batches follow the same refund eligibility as one-off orders above.

6. Reward points and vouchers used on a refunded order

If reward points or a voucher were applied to a refunded order, the points or voucher value will be restored to your account; the cash portion actually paid is refunded as described above.
