At checkout you can pay by credit/debit card, FPX online banking, or popular e-wallets (such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay) through our secure payment gateway.

As freshly stewed bird's nest is a perishable, made-to-order food item, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been dispatched; dried (unopened, unopened-packaging) bird's nest may be eligible for a change-of-mind return within 7 days - message us to check eligibility. Yes - as a wholesale factory, we welcome bulk orders for corporate gifting, events, retailers and resellers. There's no fixed minimum order quantity for standard cases; pricing tiers scale with volume. Message us on WeChat with your quantity and requirements for a custom quote, usually turned around within 1 business day.

Currently we ship nationwide across Malaysia and to Singapore as standard destinations. For other countries, message us on WeChat with your location - we can often arrange international courier shipping for dried bird's nest (which travels better than freshly stewed bottles) on a case-by-case basis.

Choose a plan and we deliver fresh bird's nest in scheduled batches - around a bottle a day. After subscribing, manage everything yourself from My Account: reschedule a delivery, change the time window, skip one, update the address, or pause. Each change is open until that delivery's cutoff.

Subscriptions are prepaid per cycle - you pay upfront for the batch you're subscribing to (e.g. a month's worth), and we schedule deliveries against that prepaid balance. Nothing renews or bills again automatically: when a cycle finishes, you choose whether to start another one.

Yes, you're always in control. You can pause, reschedule or cancel your subscription up until the cutoff time for your next batch - just message us on WeChat or manage it from your account.

Freshly stewed bird's nest is ready to drink straight from the bottle - perfect for daily convenience. Dried (raw) bird's nest is the whole, cleaned nest which you soak and double-boil yourself, letting you control the sweetness and add-ins like red dates or rock sugar.

Our freshly stewed bottles contain no preservatives. Rock sugar options are available for those who prefer a touch of sweetness, alongside sugar-free options for a purer taste - just let us know your preference when ordering.

Our nests are cleaned and stewed with no alcohol, no gelatine and no animal-derived additives, in line with halal dietary practice. We are in the process of formal JAKIM halal certification - message us on WeChat for the current certification status before ordering if this is essential for you.
