1. Acceptance of terms
By placing an order, subscribing, or creating a member account on YO FU YAN WO (佑富燕窝), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability, you will be notified and refunded in full if this occurs.
3. Delivery
Freshly stewed bird's nest is a perishable product delivered chilled, please refrigerate promptly on arrival. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees; delays due to courier or weather conditions are outside our control.
4. Returns & refunds
As a perishable food item, freshly stewed bird's nest cannot be returned once delivered, except in specific cases such as damage or an incorrect item. See our full Refund and Cancellation Policy for exactly what qualifies and how to request one.
5. Membership & reward points
Reward points are earned per our published rates and may be redeemed for vouchers or products via the rewards catalogue. Points have no cash value outside the platform, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may expire or be adjusted at our discretion with reasonable notice.
