When you create a member account, place an order, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order history. We do not collect or store your payment card details, payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used to process orders and deliveries, manage your membership and reward points, respond to enquiries, and, only with your consent, send you order updates and promotional messages. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with delivery couriers (to fulfil shipping) and payment processors (to complete transactions). These partners are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purpose we've engaged them for.
4. Your rights under PDPA
