End User License Agreement

1. Scope of this agreement

This agreement covers your use of the yofuyanwo.com website and any member account you create on it. It is separate from our Terms of Service (which governs orders and purchases) and our Privacy (PDPA) Policy (which governs your personal data). By using this website or creating an account, you agree to all three.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false reviews, fraudulent orders, or misuse the reward points and referral program.

We may suspend or close an account that violates this section.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photography, logos, and the YO FU YAN WO (佑富燕窝) brand name and marks, is owned by us or used under license. You may not use our brand name, logo, or content without written permission.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or modify the website or any feature at any time without liability for reasonable resulting inconvenience.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
